A twist of fate and a bit of luck brought Linda and her young family from Colorado to Kansas City. While the Midwest may not have the Rockys, she did learn to enjoy the history and amazing people who live here. Midwesterners genuinely care about each other; they will carry on a conversation while standing in line at Home Depot and wave goodbye in the parking lot. After a management career in higher education, Linda had the good fortune of bringing her long-time passion for real estate into fruition. Alongside her husband, they began flipping investment properties and purchasing long term rentals. As time went on, Linda decided to become a realtor full-time to fulfill an even deeper passion for the industry. Since joining this career, she’s worked with multi-unit buildings to acreages, investors to first time home buyers and everything in between. Each person has a goal in mind when a journey begins and Linda helps get the goal into focus by identifying, a timeline, needs and wants, and a budget. Linda is always present about what matters most to each client.
